Ingredients
Cut sweet potatoes and carrots in dice shapes, roughly 1" to 1 ½".Throw everything in a pot, bring to a boil. Cook until tender (usually 15 to 20 minutes).Cook onions in a pan unti translucid, approximately 3-5 minutes at Medium.When everything is ready, throw togehter, add the butter and mash. I finish it with a blender so it's smoother. Enjoy =)
