Spicy Bean and Brown Rice Soup

Ingredients
Dry red kidney beans 1/2 cupDry brown rice long grain 1/4 cupsalt 1 tspgarlic 1 tsp garlic dehydrated or roasted chips(you can use 2 garlic cloves instead)basil 2 tsptarragon 1 tsptumeric 1 dashmustard 1 dashspicy bean sauce 1 tsp
Directions
Soak Kidney beans and brown rice overnight in a bowl with water about 1 to 2 inches. Drain in the morning.

Bring to a boil, everything except for the bean sauce for about 30 min. Use just enough fresh water to cover ingredients plus about one inch. Check water level, add more if needed.
