Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1 egg2 cups pink or red salmon, boned and flakedliquid from salmon plus milk to make 3/4 cup.1 1/2 cups coarse cracker crumbs1 tbsp. lemon juice1 tsp. chopped onion1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
Directions
Heat oaven to 350. Grease one half of a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Blend egg into flaked salmon. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon lightly into greased half of pan. Pat into loaf shape. Bake 45 min., until top is golden and crisp. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
