Jenha's GF Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

1/2 cup softened butter1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla1/3 cup smooth peanut butter1 cup Cloud 9 Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 cup rolled oats3/4 semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Cream the butter and sugars. Add the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla and cream again.
2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and oats. Add to the creamed mixture and beat on low until mixed in.
3. Spread in a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Let cool before serving.
