Whole Wheat Banana and Cinnamon Waffles

Ingredients
1 3/4 c whole wheat flour1/4 cup ground flax seed2T Sugar1 1/2 t baking powder 1/2 t cinnamon1 1/2 C skim milk with 1.5 T White Vinegar mixed in3T melted butter2 eggs1 large banana, mashed
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix together milk, butter, eggs, and banana.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients, stirring until just mixed through.
Spray non stick waffle iron with spray and pour a laddle full into each waffle compartment. Cook until golden and starting to crisp.
