4 cloves of garlic2/3 cup of soy, hemp or almond milk1/3 cup of cashew butter or 2/3 cup of cashews (raw)1 TBPSN plus 1 tspn lemon juice1-1/2 TBSPN nutritional years2 tspn Dijon mustarddash or black pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Break garlic cloves apart leaving on the papery skins. Roast for about 25 minutes or until mushy. When cool, remove the skins and blend with the remaining ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender until creamy and smooth
