Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 C Old fashioned Quaker Oats1/2 C Cottage cheese1/4 C Egg whitescinnamon to tasteSplenda to taste
Directions
Serves One

Preheat non stick pan on medium heat. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until ingredients form thick batter. Pour half of the mixture into pan and allow to cook until golden around edges. Carefully flip and cook other side until golden. Cook remaining batter in same fashion. Top with fresh fruit, low calorie syrup, nut butter or any other topping that you enjoy.
