Pasta with Buttered Sour Cream and Bacon Sauce

228 g Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne335 g Chopped Mushrooms35 g Chopped Scallions4 slices of Turkey Bacon1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Return to the hot pasta pot.
2. Put the pot on the lowest heat setting on your stove and stir in butter and sour cream. Stir until both are melted and combined into the pasta.
3. Saute mushrooms, scallions, and bacon
4. Stir in scallions, poppy seeds and cooked bacon.
5. Serve at once on warmed plates.
