Ingredients
Directions
1 tube of Pilsbury biscuits1 lb Tennesse Pride Hot Sausage5 large eggs1/4 cup skim milk
Preheat over to 350.
Brown sausage over medium-low heat until fully cooked. Drain and keep to the side.
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and lightly beat with milk.
Open tube of biscuit and split each biscuit into quarters and add to the mising bowl. Stir in sausage and cheese. Pour mixture into baking dish. The dough will rise a little so make sure it's deep enough. I used a large circle pie plate but a rectangle would work just as well.
Bake for at least 25 minutes. With my oven and dish it took almost 40 minutes. Just be sure that the biscuits are brown on top and the mixture is no longer jiggly.
Let cool and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Enjoy!!
