Parsnip-Cauliflower Mash with Turmeric Root

Ingredients
3 parsnips, peeled and cut into chunks1 16 oz bag frozen cauliflower2 C vegetable broth1 T Ghee8 g section Turmeric Root (or more), microplanedsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Boil parsnips and cauliflower in broth until almost all evaporated, start watching closely after ~15 min. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Puree using hand blender.
