Organic Tomato Sauce, Marg's

Ingredients
1 can organic tomato sauce1/4 cup sliced carrots1/4 cup sliced zucchini1/4 c chopped onion1 stalk celery, sliced3 large crimini mushrooms1 large clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Heat oil, add minced garlic, chopped vegetables and cook 7 minutes. Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir until heated through. I prefer my vegetables a little on the hard side, not mushy.
