Ingredients
-spray pan with pam and head on med high/high heat-chop cooked chicken into small pieces and throw in pan-after slightly browned, throw in a bag of steamed stir fry veggies. stir and then cover for 5 minutes-continue to stir until veggies are cooked-add in cooked brown ricetop with teriyaki sauce
