3 cups frozen broccoli1 pkg. (10oz) frozen mixed veg3 cups cubed cooked chicken2 cans (10 3/4oz) reduced fat cream of mushroom soup undiluted1/2 cup 2% milk1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 tsp curry powder1 cup (4oz)shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
place broccoli and mixed veg in greased 2qt baking dish top with chicken combine soup, milk and curry powder bake uncovered @ 350 for35 min sprinkle with cheese bake another 5-10 min until melted
