Cream Cheese pancakes, Low Carb/ High Protein

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 small packet of Stevia2 oz cream cheese1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or Nutri bullet. Let rest 2 mins to reduce bubbles.
Cook on hot griddles using butter or Pam spray to prevent sticking.

Serving Size:  makes 4 small pancakes.
