Ultimate Veggie Omelette

Ingredients
All Whites Egg Whites - 3 servingsMozzarella Cheese - 1/3 cupCarrot strips - 1/4 cupCherry tomatoes - 5 cup into 4thsBroccoli - 1/4 cup cut into small piecesred Pepper - 1/4 cuponion - 1/4 cup dicedspinach - 1/4 cup cut up Salsa - 2 TBSP
Directions
Cook veggies in omelette pan with butter flavored cooking spray. In a bowl whisk egg whites with 1 tbsp water to make fluffy. Once veggies are cooked, add egg whites. Add Cheese right before folding over. ENJOY!
