Quinoa - 2 Cups CookedLow Sodium Black Beans - 15.5 Oz.Yellow Onion - 1 Cup DicedOlive Oil - 1 Tbsp.Homemade Taco Seasoning - 1 Tbsp.
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil. Once onions are soft, add quinoa, drained black beans & taco seasoning. Cook until heated through.
