Homemade Chai Tea

Ingredients
6 cups waterthe peel of one orange8 cardomon pods10 whole cloves1 tsp whole fennel seeds.25 c sliced fresh ginger root4 tsp black tea (or 2 bags)2 cup unsweetened soy milk
Directions
In a large pot, put water. Place on burner on high. Peel orange into water, slice ginger into water. Crush spices and add to pot. Bring to boil then simmer for five minutes. Add black tea (leaves or bags). Let steep 5 minutes. Add soymilk.
