Fruit Clafouti

Ingredients
Cut 4 cups fruit and pour applejack over, let sit.beat 3 large eggs with mixer, ad flavorings and splenda mix;add 1 cup flour, mix gentlyadd 1.5 c Zoi yogurt, stir to mix.Melt 1 T butter in baking dish, pour fruit into dish and pour batter over fruit.
Directions
cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes until set in middle.

Serving Size: cut clafouti in eighths
