Ingredients
200 g of kidney beans (or chick peas) (1 tin drained)2 sticks of celery this sliced1/2 a medium red onion diced1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp shoyu sauce1/2 tsp mustard powder
Directions
warm beans in microwave
mix in celery and red onion
warm remaining in microwave and combine
