Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
4 oz. cooked chicken, diced1 apple, quartered, cored, diced2 large celery stalks, sliced1 T. Hellman's Low Fat Mayo2 T. plain 0% fat Greek yogurt2 T. cider vinegar1 T. chopped walnutssaltpeppercelery seed1 packet stevia (e.g. Truvia)
Directions
In large bowl, combine yogurt, mayo, vinegar and stevia to make dressing. Season with salt, pepper, celery seed. Stir in apple, celery, chicken to combine. Top with chopped walnuts.

Serving Size: makes 1 3-cup entree salad.
