can of Rotel, Can of sweet corn, can of black beans (drained/rinsed), can of peeled/diced tomatoes, can of tomato sauce, can of water, 1 dry ranch packet, several teaspoons of taco seasoning (or 1 packet), a pound of Laura's lean ground beef
brown meat, drain, season; pour meat into crock pot, add all other ingredients. cook for 2-3 hours
