Cocoa Biscuit Fudge

Ingredients

500 g icing sugar1 packet of plain, crushable, tea biscuits (200g)1 egg250 g soft margarine60 g cocoa
Melt butter in pot, do not let it boil.
Turn down heat.
Add icing sugar and cocoa, stir until completely smooth.
Take off stove, add slightly beaten egg. (mix in quickly, otherwise egg sets, yug!)
Mix in crushed biscuits.
Pour into greased dish, let cool down, then put in fridge to set completely.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
