Ingredients
Egg white, fresh, 3 large *Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 2 tbsp *monk fruit in the raw, 4 serving (packets) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven at 300 F, whip up the eggs to a stiff pick, add vanilla and monk fruit, fold in coconut flour. Spoon 18 little mounds and bake at 300 F for 40 min.
