Ingredients
1 can reduced fat chicken broth3/4 cup 2% milk - divided2 TBSP cornstarch1/4 grated pecorino romano cheese12 ounces cooked diced chicken breast8 ounces Ronzoni Heathy Harvest Rotini prepared to package directions
Directions
While cooking pasta. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Reduce heat, add 1/2 cup milk continue to simmer lightly. Add cornstarch to reserved 1/4 cup milk, stir till smooth, add to simmering broth and milk. Stir till thicken. Add cooked diced chicken and grated cheese. Heat thouroly. Toss with pasta. Serve with steamed broccoli.

Makes 4 servings - 2 cup each.
