Pumpkin Pear Soup Katjya

Ingredients
2 ts olive oil1/2 cup chopped onion1 ts green curry paste1 pear1-1/4 cup pumpkin puree1 can chicken or vegetable broth2/3 cup Trader Joe's coconut cream1/2 cup watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion in oil in a soup pot until tender. Add curry paste and saute 1 minute. Add pear and broth, bring to a boil and simmer until the pear is soft. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Puree. Adjust seasoning.
