Rita's Pistachio Pudding Delite

Ingredients
1 small box sugar free, fat free pistachio pudding mix20 oz crushed pineapple in it's own juice6 oz light whipped topping (i.e. Cool Whip)16 oz angel food cake
Directions
Mix Pineapple and pudding mix.

Fold in Whipped Topping

Crumble Angel Food cake and stir in.

Lay into glass baking pan and refrigerate at least an hour.

Cut/scoop out servings.

Serving Size: separate into 8 servings approximately 1 cup
