Ingredients
Thawed 2 lb Alaskan Salmon Fillet1 Bottle of fat free Italian dressingMicrowave safe dish
Directions
I use 2 lbs for my family of four but recipe could be altered with single serving fillets as well.
Place fillet in microwave safe dish
Pour dressing over fillet till dressing is just barely covering fillet.
Microwave for 5 minutes on high.
Serve over brown minute rice
The salmon soaks up all of the spices and juices from the dressing. I have a picky eater that never likes fish and this is in her top 5 favorite meals.
