Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound ground white turkey meat1 cup crumbled feta 150 gr.75 grams--about 1/2 packed tasty black olives1 tsp oregano1 tsp italian herbs or herbes de provence1 tsp dried parsley1 tsp basil2 tblsp chopped onion, or 1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Use or grind your own turkey breast, I do this all in the food processor, and throw in all the rest and process together until combined. Form into 4 patties if you are using buns, I makle 8 small patties and serve in a pita with veggies, or plain with hummous or tzatiki for dipping sauces and a veggie salad with vinegar and oregano.
