½ pitted mango, peeled, chopped, & frozen1 pitted date½ cup fat free vanilla yogurt1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder¾ cup unsweetened, unflavored almond milk
Directions
Add the ingredients to blender or Vitamix. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
