Banana bread cakes! (sandwhich maker used but can use a griddle)

Ingredients
1/2 cup or one large extra ripe mashed banana1 tbsp vanilla extract1/2 cup of complete pancake/waffle mix1/2 cup of whole wheat durum flour1 tsp of baking powder1 tbsp of cinnamonAbout 1 2/3 cups of waterMashed the extra ripe banana in a bowl add vanilla mix lightly with a fork and set aside.Add the pancake mix, wheat flour, cinnamon and baking powder use a whisk to mix it well. Add water lightly whisk to form batter. Fold in banana mix.Use 1/4 measuring cup to spoon onto a hot griddle
