Chard rolls soup

Ingredients
Turkey breast, meat only, raw, 170 gram(s) (remove) *Dried Shitake Mushroom, 3 caps, 1 serving (remove) Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove) Cilantro pesto, 1 serving (remove) Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 0.15 tbsp (remove) Swiss Chard, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Chicken stock, home-made, defatted, no salt added, 2 cup Chicken, Reduced Sodium, (Better Than Bouillon) 0.5 tsp *Sushi Chef Mirin, 0.15 tbsp
Directions
Soak the mushrooms for hours. Blanche the chard leaves. Chop the mushrooms and scallions fine. Mix everything but the chard and the stock/bouillon. Roll generous tbsp of the mixture in chard leaves, to make 8 rolls. Bring the chicken stock/bouillon to a boil, add the rolls and simmer for 30 min.
