Sautéed Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 pkg. (12 oz.) firm tofu, drained and cut into ½ inch cubes1 large red onion, chopped3 cloves fresh minced garlic1 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and minced2 tsp. olive oil1 tsp. hot sesame oil1 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets½ cup chopped red bell pepper2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce3 tsp. granulated splenda or truvia1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
Mist a nonstick wok or skillet with cooking spray and heat up pan on high until water droplet sizzles on it. Add your tofu, onions, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and sesame oil. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring slowly. After 3 minutes, add broccoli and red bell pepper. Continue cooking and stirring for 10 additional minutes or until tofu is browned on all sides. Stir in your soy sauce, splenda, and pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, and spoon onto two serving plates.
