Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1.5 cup Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cupApplesauce, unsweetened, 1/3 cup Egg, fresh, 1 largeVanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
In one bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet. Stir until all ingredients are just moistened. Fill muffin cups (paper-lined or greased) almost full. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 17-19 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool muffins in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve warm.
