Turkey, Venison, and Black Bean Sloppy Joes

1 lb ground venison1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean1 29-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed1 6 oz can tomato paste1 1/2 cups tomato juice3 tbsp mustard3 tsp worcestershire sauce1.5 tbsp honey3 tbsp red wine vinegar1 chopped onion (about 1 cup)2 large carrots, grated2 zucchini squash, grated3 tbsp minced garlic1 tsp chili powder2 tsp paprika
Brown venison and turkey with onion and garlic.
While meat cooks, mix sauce components separately: Mustard, tomato paste, tomato juice, worcestershire sauce, honey, vinegar, chili powder, and paprika.
Once the meat is cooked through, stir in the sauce, vegetables, and beans. Simmer until sauce reduces.
Serve on your favorite bun or bread (not included in NI).
