Low GI Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats2 Tbsp oat bran2 Tbsp chia seeds1 Tbsp milled flax seeds¼ cup pepitas (pumpkin seed kernels)¼ cup sunflower seeds1 cup low-fat yogurt2 cups 1%-milk1 Tbsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon¼ tsp sea salt flakes1 tsp Stevia (optional)1 Tbsp agave (optional)1 Zest of 1 orange, finely shredded10 hazelnuts, chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients into a container and stir well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with fresh berries, sliced apples or other fresh fruit.
