Grandma Rose's Tabouli

Ingredients
Bulgur, dry, 1.5 cup Parsley, 1 cup Fresh Mint, .25 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw)Olive Oil, .5 cup Lemon Juice, .25 cup Salt, 1 tspAllspice, dash Red Pepper flakes, dash
Directions
Soak bulgur for 3 hours, rinse and drain
mince: parsley, mint, pepper, onion
Toss all ingredients together
