Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1 can black beans2 tbsp cocoa powder1/2 cup quick oats2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup maple syrup4 tsp raw sugar1/4 cup coconut oil2 tsp vanilla extract8 tbsp chocolate chips
Directions
Blend together all ingredients except chocolate chips until consistency resembles brownie batter. Heat oven to 350. Bake in unlined muffin cups or mini loaf pans, topping each brownie with 1 tbsp of chocolate chips. Cook until just set and let cool for 30 minutes.
