Beef Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef2 cans stewed tomatoes1 chopped onion2 cans pinto beans (undrained)1 can hominy (undrained)3 cans Rotel (undrained)1 envelope dry ranch dressing1 envelope dry taco mix2-4 cups water
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion. Add other ingredients. Cook on low after brought to boil, for one hour or so to blend flavors.

Serve with crushed tortilla chips and grated cheese.
Freezes well, makes one gallon.

Can substitute ground beef with ground turkey. Calories do not included toppings.
