Quinoa Veggie Burger

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked quinoa (sprouted first for 24 hrs)2/3 cups raw cheddar cheese3/4 cup minced sweet potato or carrots1/3 cup minced onion3 garlic cloves minced2 eggs1/4 cup almond flour3/4 garam masala3/4 tsp salt3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Directions
1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and shape into 13 patties about an inch thick
2. Preheat over to 350 F (or you can pan fry 6 min on each side, medium heat)
3. Bake
4. Serve warm with greens of your choice

Serving Size: 1 burger on top of salad or lettuce, top with hummus or avocado
