Peanut Butter Banana Baked Protein Bars

Ingredients
2 small ripe bananas1 large egg4 scoops vanilla protein powder1.75 cups oats, divided1/3 cup smooth peanut butter1/2 cup skim milk1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt1 tbsp honey1.5 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp baking powder2 tbsp chocolate chips
Directions
Using a blender on pulse, grind 1.5 cups of the oats into flour like consistency.

Mash banana well and mix with egg. Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.

Line 9 by 12 pan with parchment paper and spread batter evenly. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top. Cool completely before cutting into 8 bars.
