Sweet N Sour Pork

1/2 pound boneless pork chops, fat removed10 Tbsp. French Dressing1 cup chuncky pineapple with juice1/2 bell pepper cut in small chuncks1 clove garlic minced.2/3 cup rice
Cut pork into chunks and pour french dressing over in a 13x9 pan. Add Pineapple with juice and bell pepper. Stir and let marinate 15 minutes.
Cook rice. Spray skillet with cooking spray and add pork mixture to the hot skillet. Stir fry until pork cooked through.
Pour 1/2 mixture of 1/2 the rice and enjoy!
Serves 2 generous portions or can make portion sizes smaller to suit your needs.
NOTE: This is great when you use chicken thighs instead of pork . . . and it's less calories!

This WAS De-lish! I used FAT FREE French dressing and had it with BROWN RICE! Oh, and I used a small pork sirloin roast that I had and cut it into bite size pieces before I marinated it and I thickened the sauce a little too. VERY VERY GOOD!! Thanks for the great recipe!
I adjusted it to feed 6!! - 3/19/08
