    My mom made salmon patties when I was a kid, and I loved them! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I just happen to have a can of salmon, enough eggs, and a box of Cornflake Crumbs (they come crushed already, so I'll adjust the amount), so I'm going to make them for dinner tonight. :) - 8/31/08
