Chicken Curry

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast4 clean potatoes4 large carrots4 celery stalks1 jar of pataks curry paste1 tbsp of plain greek yogurt1 cup of spinach
Directions
Cut chicken breast into squares, brown the chicken.
Cut potatoes, carrots and celery into small peices. Put into crockpot.
Once chicken is browned, add to crockpot.
Add Jar of pataks curry paste and 1 tablespoon of plain greek yogurt.
Stir Contents.
Cook on crockpot high for 4 hours or low on 8 hours.
about 15 minutes before serving add spinach.
