All Natural Slow Cooker Chicken Rice Soup

Ingredients
Celery, raw, 2 cups, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cups, chopped Onions, raw, 2 cups, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Sea Salt, 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning, 1 tsp White Rice, long grain, cooked, 2 cup Whole Chicken Fryer Water, 2 cups
Directions
Rinse chicken and remove giblet packet. Put chicken in large slow cooker with water. Cook on high for three to four hours or until tender and falling off the bone. Remove chicken from pot. Remove meat from bones. Chop meat and reserve half for recipe. (Freeze the rest and use for another recipe.) Discard skin and bones. Pour broth through fine mesh strainer to remove any small bones. Store broth in fridge. When broth has completely cooled, skim fat from top and discard. Add broth, reserved meat, chopped vegetables, seasoning and salt to a large pot. (Add more water, if needed.) Cook for for 45 minutes. Add cooked rice and cook for 15 minutes more. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
