Low Carb Sesame Ginger Dressing

1 cup olive oil (or other salad oil)2.5 Tbsp minced and peeled ginger root1 packet of Truvia sweetener or sweetener of choice1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds1 stalk of celery1/8 tsp. celery seed1 tsp. KetchupPepper to taste1 shallot (or equivalent white onion)1.5 Tbsp soy sauce (dark is best)1/3 cup white vinegar
Place all of the ingredients into a high quality blender and process until smooth.
Add this dressing to your chicken or other meat just at the very end of cooking, just enough to warm the sauce. Also great with salad.
Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups or 30+ Tbsp of dressing. Serving is 2 Tbsp.
