Chicken in a Dutch oven

Ingredients
5 pd chicken, organic1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. onion powder1 Tbsp. basil1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper3 Tbsp. olive oil1 cup white cooking wine
Directions
Clean chicken and disregard giblets, dry chicken. In a Dutch oven heat up the olive oil. Brown chicken on both sides for 4 to 6 minutes each side. Make sure the breast side is up. Pour wine over the chicken. Combine all spices and sprinkle over the chicken. Cover chicken with lid.
Bake in 350 degree F. for 60 to 80 minutes.
