Homemade sloppy joes

Ingredients
1 LB. Ground Beef 1 8oz can tomato paste1 small white onion, thinly sliced1 med green bell pepper finely chopped3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp. white vinegar1 tbsp. chili powder1 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste 1-2 tsp mustard (optional)1 cup water
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. Thinly slice onion, finely chop bell pepper. Mix all ingredients together and let simmer for 15-20 Minutes.
