Eggplant Casserole (Ground Turkey & Pork)

Ingredients
Ingredients:4 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean3 oz Ground Pork1 cup Onions, raw, chopped 2 tbsp Tomato Paste2 tbsp Anchovy Paste1 tbsp Garlic1 can small Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce, plus 3/4 can water 1/4 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Brown Turkey and ground Pork, add onions cook until transparent, add garlic, tomato paste, anchovy paste stir and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce and 3/4 can of water. Place in a baking pan and spread bread crumbs and cheese on top.
Bake at 350 F. for 30 -35 minutes.
