Healthy Valley Ranch Dressing (GF)

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain homemade yogurt (or cultured buttermilk)1/4 cup homemade mayo1/4 tsp, plus 1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp dried parsley1/8 tsp fresh-ground black pepper1 pinch dried dill weed1 pinch dried thyme*Optional: 1/2 tsp arrowroot powder
Directions
Place all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together until well blended.
Place in small mason jar and refrigerate for several hours ( or even better, overnight) to allow flavors to meld together.
Keep refrigerated; use within seven days. (It's so yummy, that won't be hard to do!)

Serving Size: Makes roughly 1 cup of dressing
