Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Chuck1 Carrot - diced2 - Medium Onions - dicedSalt and Pepper2 Eggs - or Egg Substitute Equivalent - Calculated with raw egg- large1 C - Raw Long Grain Rice - White or Brown - Recipe is calculated with white25 Cabbage Leaves Sauce - 1 - 8 ounce can of diced tomatoes1/2 C brown sugar33 ounce can of tomato sauce - no salt added2/3 C water1/4 C fresh squeezed lemon juice
Directions
Boil or Steam 25 cabbage leaves. Combine, Ground chuck, carrot, onions (diced), eggs and rice in a bowl. Stuff and roll leaves. Place in a greased 9x13 inch pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over stuffed cabbage.

Bake covered @ 475 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
